This Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, the parties to whom it is disclosed (and how), and the security practices we use to safeguard it. It applies to our website, web application, and related services (the “Services”).

Account details (name, email, phone number), organization info (company, role), and project data (project names, schedules, tasks, crew assignments, notes).
SMS preferences (whether you enabled SMS in Settings).
Support and feedback messages.
Billing details routed to our payment processor (e.g., Stripe). We do not store full payment card numbers.
b) Information collected automatically
Usage and device data (IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages/features used, timestamps, referring URLs).
Cookies or similar technologies for session management, preferences, and analytics.
c) Information from third parties (if you connect them)
Integrations you authorize (e.g., calendars, file storage, chat). We only pull the data necessary to provide the requested feature and as permitted by you.
3) How We Use Information
We use information to:
Provide and improve the Services (create schedules, manage tasks, send project updates and reminders).
Communicate with you (service emails, in-app messages, SMS notifications you enable).
Process payments and subscriptions (through Stripe).
Secure our platform (fraud prevention, abuse detection, diagnostics, logging).

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your identifiable project content to train public AI models. If we use aggregated or de-identified data to improve features, we take steps to prevent re-identification.
4) SMS & Communications
You may opt in to SMS only by enabling SMS in Settings after logging in.
Message frequency varies by your project activity (e.g., schedule changes, reminders).
Reply STOP to end SMS; HELP for help. Standard message & data rates may apply.
You can also change your preferences in Settings at any time.
5) How We Disclose Information (and Method of Disclosure)
We share information with:
Service providers / Sub-processors under contract and confidentiality, only as needed to deliver the Services. Typical providers include:
Infrastructure & database (e.g., cloud hosting, managed Postgres such as Supabase)
Messaging (e.g., Twilio for SMS)
Payments (e.g., Stripe for billing; Opulence does not store full card data)
Analytics & error monitoring (e.g., product analytics, logging)
Professional advisors (legal, accounting, insurance) under confidentiality.
Law enforcement or regulators when required by law.
Business transfers (merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets).
With your direction or consent.
Method of disclosure: Disclosures occur through secure API connections over TLS. We follow least-privilege principles and restrict each provider to the minimum data necessary for its function.
6) Cookies & Analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, preferences, and analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling certain cookies may limit functionality.
7) Data Retention
We retain information while your account is active and as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Typical retention:
Account + project data: for the life of the account and a reasonable period thereafter.
Logs/analytics: for operational needs (commonly 12–24 months).
You may request deletion (see Your Rights). Some data may be retained where required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

We employ administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including:
Encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest (for primary databases and backups, where supported).
Access controls, least-privilege permissions, and multi-factor authentication for internal systems.
Network and application logging, auditing, and monitoring.
Vulnerability management and regular backups.
No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we endeavor to protect your data but cannot guarantee absolute security.
9) Your Choices & Rights
Access/Update: View and edit certain account and project info in the app; contact us for other updates.
Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data (subject to legal/contractual limits).
Opt-out of SMS: Reply STOP or toggle SMS off in Settings.
Email preferences: Use in-message unsubscribe links or adjust Settings.
Do Not Track: We currently do not respond to DNT signals.
California (CPRA) & Similar Rights
If applicable, you may request access, correction, deletion, and information about disclosures. We do not sell personal information. To exercise rights, contact privacy@opulencefunnels.com. We will verify your request consistent with applicable law.
10) International Data Transfers
If you access the Services from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the U.S. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses) for cross-border transfers.
11) Children’s Privacy
The Services are not directed to children under 13 (or the age of digital consent where you live). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Our Services may link to third-party sites or integrations. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
